Question: What is your return policy? Damaged goods?

 

Answer:


Before your order is shipped you are provided with an invoice with pictures to verify that the items we are to ship are correct. In the event that items shipped do not match your invoice appropriate action will be taken.

If you opt to pay for insurance for your order you will be covered for damage.  In cases where items are damaged we will need you to supply us  with pictures of the damaged pieces and a short description of the problem and your estimated cost of the damage. Once we have  receive this information we will start the insurance claim process with the carrier.

Refunds:
If you can show us that we have not shipped what is listed in your invoice we may either credit you or offer a partial or full refund.
